What Is a Buyer’s Agent?

Share

The Buyer’s Agent is the buyer’s representative.

That means that the buyer’s agent has the legal obligation to work on the buyer’s behalf— to get the best possible price and the best terms available for the buyer, not the seller.

Buyers and agents have a written contractual agreement outlining their relationship.

As your agent I will:

  • Have your interest in mind first
  • Use my local market knowledge of communities and neighborhoods to help you find the best home in a greatlocation with your desired criteria
  • Negotiate on your behalf
  • Provide background information on the subject property
  • Perform my due diligence on the subject property’s value and re-sellability
  • Guide you in buying a home that you can sell in the future
  • Makes the buying process for you as stress-free and easy as possible

Selling real estate is a commission-only business. It’s a business run on trust and faith.

The buyer’s agent is the home buyer’s biggest advocate.
